Blenheim School Apartments at Prospect and Gregory will provide Affordable Housing for 55 and older.

From KCPS Redistricting News: The project is now more than 50% complete and applications will be available in early August.

The redevelopment of the former Blenheim School site at Prospect/Gregory is well under way! 

In January 2018, Sunflower Development Group began work on converting the school building into 52 affordable apartments for seniors 55 and older.

The project is now more than 50% complete.

Blenheim School Apartments will include three studios, 35 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom apartments.

Construction is on schedule and will be complete by the beginning of December.
