The Waldo Tower Neighborhood Association (WTNA) holds regularly scheduled meetings throughout the calendar year.
Neighborhood meetings are held every other month on the second Saturday of the month or upon request by the Board of Directors. The Annual Meeting of the WTNA is held on the second Saturday in September in each year. Voting members present at a general membership meeting shall constitute a quorum.

The WTNA typically meets in-person at 10 a.m. on Saturdays at the Waldo Branch of the Kansas City Public Library.
