Kansas City Animal Services and the Pet Resource Center of Kansas City (PRCKC) not only offer free pet-chipping events; they now have a public chip reader available all day, any day! The new 24/7 microchip scanning station is available at PRCKC on Troost. Residents can use the station to help reunite lost pets with their families.
