KC Pet Project will be offering Notary services free of charge to anyone needing to get their mail-in or absentee ballot notarized.
Please join us at the Kansas City Campus for Animal Care, located at 7077 Elmwood in Swope Park. Bring your ballot and your ID and take home a bag of free pet food!
