Trolley Track Trail Project

Kansas City Public Works is expected to start work on the north portion of the Trolley Track Trail improvement project in early August 2026.


Construction Timeline:

  • Construction of the Trolley Track Trail and related concrete improvements expected to be completed by September 24, 2026.

  • Mill and overlay of the north parking lot will start in October 2026 and is expected to be completed by November 1, 2026.

  • Mill and overlay of Brookside Plaza will start in October 2026 and is expected to be completed by November 1, 2026.

  • Mill and overlay on 62nd Terrace will start in October 2026 and is expected to be completed by November 1, 2026.

  • CID expected to complete Trolley Track Trail improvements by the end of November 2026.
