This proposed ordinance must be approved by the City Council following a recommendation from the City Plan Commission. Both will hold a public hearing on the matter. Proposed hearing dates are as follows:
City Plan Commission Hearing Dates
The City Plan Commission meets in the Council Chamber on the 26th Floor at City Hall beginning at 9 a.m. on the dates listed below.
April 16, 2019 – The Commission will continue consideration of the proposed ordinance to their May 21 hearing. View staff report
May 21, 2019 – Next proposed hearing date.
This will proceed to City Council after the City Plan Commission makes a recommendation. Until that occurs, the City Council hearing dates cannot be established. Please check this site later for further information.
